Government fees

Published exactly as the authority publishes them — currency, amount, and the date we checked. Where a fee depends on the sponsor channel (for example, UAE permits via airlines), we show the government-side range and say who varies it. We never add a margin to a government fee. Copycat portals that charge for free official services (arrival cards, MDAC, TDAC) are named on the relevant records.

The 7 Wonders desk fee

A flat, quoted fee for document preparation, filing assistance and briefings — shown separately on every record, confirmed in writing before you pay, and never described as a government charge. Where a route requires nothing from us, the desk fee is zero and we say why.

What is refundable

• Desk fee — refundable in full if you cancel before any filing work has begun; pro-rata after work has started, stated in the engagement confirmation.
• Government fees — never refundable by us. Once an authority has received a fee, its refund rules belong to the authority. We will tell you honestly which part of any payment is already at the authority.
• Third-party costs (courier, photos, insurance) — billed at actuals, refundable only if the vendor refunds.

Before any payment

You receive a written scope: the route, the fee split, the exact work we will do, the refund terms, and the authority that owns the decision. If a record on our site is marked verification required, we will not take payment against it.

Disputes

Write to the desk through the contact form with your plan reference. A human replies within five working days with the outcome and, where a refund applies, the timeline.
