Visa intelligence rooted in Gaya & Bodh Gaya

Check the visa route for your passport—before you plan the trip.

Answer first, contact later. Every route we publish carries its government source, its checked date and its fee split — and every approval stays with the authority.

Visa checker

The defaults (resident in India, tourism, this coming month) already answer most checks — open them only if your trip is different.

We publish rules as checked on a date — never approvals. See source policy and methodology.

Why travellers trust the desk

Receipts before promises.

  • Every fact cites its source

Government fee, stay window, processing range — each value links to the authority that owns it, with the date we checked it.

    Read the source policy
  • Government fee ≠ desk fee

Authority fees are shown exactly as published. Our preparation fee is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before any payment.

    See fee & refund terms
  • A real desk in Gaya

In-person support for travellers and pilgrims from Gaya and Bodh Gaya, remote document plans across India. No outsourced call centre.

    Meet the Gaya desk
  • No guarantees, by design

We never sell approval, appointments or timelines. Authorities decide outcomes; we make sure your file and plan are ready.

    How we work

Popular this season

Twelve destinations, checked and dated.

Every route below is reviewed against its official source. The September 2026 catalog tracks 0 more destinations for Indian passports — their cards say “verification pending” and carry no fees or timelines until each official source is cleared.

The honest sequence

Assess. Prepare. Submit & track.

  1. 01

    Assess

The checker answers your route question first — visa-free, ETA, e-visa, VOA or consular — with the source, fee and checked date attached. What we cannot verify yet, we say.

  2. 02

    Prepare

For assisted routes we build your document plan: arrival cards, financial proofs, itineraries, appointment files. You see every item and every fee before anything is filed.

  3. 03

    Submit & track

Where a route requires filing, we submit or coordinate submission — and say exactly which. Then you track milestones with us until your passport is back in hand.

Our role changes by route — and we state it on every record. On visa-free routes we only advise and prepare; on e-visa and permit routes we file or coordinate; we never intervene with an authority's decision.

Passport index · rolling audit

Where your passport lands this quarter.

The passport ranking is under its rolling audit right now — the current table returns once every row has a fresh checked date.

Visa policy change log

Announced is not in force.

We separate what a government has declared from what is actually being enforced at borders — the gap where most trips go wrong.

Follow the change log in any reader:policy-updates.xmlevery entry carries its checked date and official source.

    Rooted in Bihar

Two streets from the temple. One desk that answers.

Bodh Gaya receives pilgrims from across Asia for months each year; Gaya airport is the region's front door. Our desk lives here — which is why we understand the pilgrim circuits, the airport transfer timings, the child-document annexures and the seasonal rush that generic portals never see.

    • In-person document review and biometrics planning for pilgrims and groups
    • Visa briefs and arrival-card filings for Thai, Bhutanese and Nepali circuits
    • Remote support across India — same records, same review discipline
    • Corrections and disputes handled by a human, with a written answer
