We do not issue visas, sell appointments, or promise approvals, processing times or outcomes. Any claim of a guarantee is not from us and is not honoured by us.
Information is provided as checked on the stated date against the cited authority; rules change without notice and remain the property of their governments. You remain responsible for verifying with the authority before travel. Our liability is limited to the desk fee actually paid for the relevant engagement; we are not liable for travel losses arising from rule changes by authorities.
Assistance engagements are governed by the written scope provided before payment, which includes the fee split and refund terms published on the fees & refunds page. We may decline a plan — for example, when a record is verification-required — and we will say why.
